So I'm a big fan of Make Up For Ever's Aqua Eyes eyeliner. It's definitely the best eyeliner that I've tried since it doesn't smudge or run and yet still manages to provide some decently pigmented color and this is exactly why the Travel Holiday Set is fantastic.
