So last month I raved about Baked By Melissa cupcakes but I have a new obsession...Stuffed Cupcakes!  Sadly, they're only available in New Jersey right now but my theory is that soon you will soon be spotting them in NYC and across the country cause they are DELISH.  What do I love about these cupcakes?  Well, for one, like the name says, they are stuffed and two, they are soft and delicious.  Get them now.
