So I read in a recent Us Weekly that green tea actually keeps you slim. Now, I'm not a huge fan of tea but I do like green tea, oddly enough. According to Dr. Mehmet Oz, "research shows drinking three cups a day reduced body weight and waist circumference by 5 percent in three months. Antioxidants in the tea seem to help burn calories and hinder inflammation that leads to obesity." Really? I'm gonna try this out and report back on results. In the meantime, I decided to use Village Tea Company Sassy Green Tea with Acai as my tea to test out Dr. Oz's theory. Stay tuned for updates...
